Welcome to RushiPandit – Digital School! By purchasing our Services, you agree to follow our terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. RushiPandit – Digital School may update these terms, so check back periodically. Thank you for choosing us!
Enrollment and Payment
Upon enrollment in any course offered by RushiPandit – Digital School, the student agrees to pay the specified course fee. Full Payment must be made within the first 50% of the course completion timeline. If students fail, then Institute will not give permission to attend the further session.
Job Placement
To be eligible for Job Placement services, students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance. Successful Job Interviews are Provided upon meeting the following criteria: Completion of at least 50% of the course. Full payment of the course fee. Completion of 100% of the Capstone project.
Refund Policy
A refund may be requested within 3 days of the initial payment. To request a refund, the student must: Send an email to cmo.therushipandit@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name].” Include full name, contact information, and the enrolled course details with Batch No. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request. Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review your eligibility based on the criteria mentioned above. If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their login credentials and ensuring that they do not share them with unauthorized individuals. Any violation of academic integrity, including plagiarism, will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any disruptive behavior may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination of enrollment
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
RushiPandit – Digital School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes through their registered email. By enrolling in a course at RushiPandit – Digital School, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment.
